- Boil fresh drinking water.
- Empty "soothe me baby" sachet into sterilised baby bottle/tea cup.
- Pour 150ml of water into bottle or cup.
- Place cap on bottle and lightly shake or stir cup until powder dissolves.
- Allow to cool until lukewarm before feeding child.
- Make sure the prepared bottle is at the right temperature by testing it on your wrist.
- Suitable for ages: 1 month - 5 years.
- One to two sachets daily or as required.
